oats omelette recipe | how to make eggless oats veg omelette with step by step photo and video recipe. egg-based recipes are always popular and healthy meal recipes for most of us. yet not everyone can have it or consume it for various reasons including the religious diet or for allergies. considering these complications there are certain mock recipes and eggless oats omelette is one such easy and simple healthy morning breakfast recipe.

▢1 cup oats (rolled)
▢¼ cup rava / semolina (coarse)
▢¼ cup besan
▢1 tsp cumin
▢¼ tsp turmeric
▢½ tomato (chopped)
▢½ carrot (chopped)
▢½ onion (finely chopped)
▢½ capsicum (chopped)
▢¼ cup curd
▢½ tsp salt
▢½ tsp chilli flakes
▢½ cup water
▢½ tsp eno fruit salt
▢oil (for roasting)

INSTRUCTIONS
1.firstly, in a mixer jar take 1 cup oats and finely powder it. make sure to use unflavoured quick or rolled oats.
2.transfer the oats powder to a large bowl.
3.add ¼ cup besan, 1 tsp cumin and 1/4th tsp turmeric.
4.also add ½ tomato, ½ carrot, ½ onion, ½ capsicum, ¼ cup curd and ½ tsp salt.
5.mix well combining everything well.
6.further, add ½ tsp chilli flakes and ½ cup water.
7.mix well forming a smooth batter.
8.rest the batter for 5 minutes, or until the oats and rava are soaked well.
9.now add water as required and form a smooth batter.
10.just before making an omelette, add ½ tsp eno fruit salt and mix gently.
11.mix until the batter turns frothy.
12.immediately, heat 2 tsp oil in a pan and pour the prepared batter.
13.swirl a little to spread uniformly.
14.sprinkle chilli flakes, cover and cook for 2 minutes.
15.once the base is cooked well, flip over and cook both sides.
16.also, slit in the centre and add oil, for roasting ½ tsp butter, few coriander for extra flavour.
17.finally, oats omelette recipe tastes great when served hot and with lots of vegetables.
